FLAVOUR primarily specializes in custom wedding cakes, cupcakes, and cake pops in Southwestern Ontario with main service regions being London, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and the Greater Toronto area.  

Keep in mind that your wedding day will probably be the biggest function you will ever plan, so use the design process as an opportunity to get creative and let your personality shine through.

Your experience with FLAVOUR starts with a complimentary consultation where the vision for your cake will be discussed along with other theme and decor elements for your event.  Using this information, several designs will be presented to you for consideration.  This is very much a collaborative effort followed through until you’re satisfied that the design suits you.

What You Need to Know:

1. All FLAVOUR cakes are covered in fondant, as the application of fondant results in a nice, smooth finish. It’s also a more versatile medium when it comes to design.   Therefore, to ensure that your cake stays in top condition, buttercream is not used on the exterior of any cake.  And contrary to popular belief, not all fondant tastes bad!
2. Wedding cakes are quoted on an individual basis after the initial consultation. Your quote will be based on the complexity of the final design as well as the number of servings required.  Wedding cake pricing currently starts at $400 and cupcakes start at $2.50 with a minimum order of 24.
3. FLAVOUR is currently based out of Ontario, Canada and serves the London to Toronto corridor. A delivery and set-up charge of $40 is billed within Kitchener-Waterloo and the immediate surrounding areas to cover time and travel expenses to transport and set-up your display.  Locations outside of the immediate coverage area are subject to higher delivery charges and are determined on an individual basis.
4. An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to reserve your wedding date with full payment due at least two weeks before your event. Should you need to cancel your order, cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks before the event with only the initial deposit forfeited.  Otherwise, the full amount remains due.
5. All table decorations, floral accents, and the cake knife are the responsibility of the couple and are not included in the cost of the cake.
6. For wedding enquiries, a complimentary consultation will be scheduled in order to answer any questions you may have and discuss ideas for your display. At the time of the consultation it would be beneficial to have given some thought to the specific details of your event including colour schemes, overall venue decor, floral selections, stationery designs, or any other materials which can provide inspiration for your cake.  The more prepared you are, the more progress we’ll make!
